PRODUCTION MANAGER - CONTENT

Open Face is a young, dynamic and fast-growing company. It is one of India’s Media production houses which produces World class Corporate Films, and TV commercials

Open Face is founded by professionals with Corporate experience and Creative bent. With a global client list to boast, the company is aspiring to build on its success by expanding further by recruiting a Production Manager for films.

​

The role will report into Creative Director. The suitable candidate will be responsible for reaching out to creative team to deliver finished films.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, develop and manage production schedules

  • Ensure development and delivery of films in the required format and as per client's requirement

  • Be the point person for quality checks (adherence to brand guidelines, permissions, text spellings on slates etc.) on all audio-visual content

  • Manage in house edit or mixing requirements on different projects

  • Present to senior decision makers within customer organizations

  • Understand, and appreciate new technology and trends in the industry

  • Identifying areas for expansion and development

  • Developing a targeted business strategy to foster growth

  • Work with creative team to create collateral that can be used for marketing

Key Skills /Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years experience in an agency as a producer

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must

  • Creative: Generates original ideas. Able to inspire creative people

  • Pays attention to details

  • Face-to-face interactions with clients from Corporate world

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Motivated individual, Self starter and goal-driven – must perform in a fast paced setup

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Face-to-Face, Phone, and written)

  • Flexible: Adapts working style to suit different individuals and departments

  • Consultative approach to selling to Corporate clients who can be from any industry vertical.

  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across teams

  • Previous experience in an agency/production house is a positive

  • Willingness to work hard, adhere to timelines and deliverables and go beyond a ‘job description’

  • Familiarity of video editing software like Adobe Premier Pro. Knowledge of other software like Photoshop, Corel Draw etc. is a plus

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Motivated individual, Self starter and goal-driven – must perform in a fast paced setup

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Face-to-Face, Phone, and written)

  • Flexible: Adapts working style to suit different individuals and departments

  Requirements, if any: - Kindly provide three recent references with contact details who you have reported to in the last one year\

  - Open Face will not provide any kind of payment towards interviewing costs or travel - Only people located in Hyderabad or willing to        relocate to Hyderabad should apply

Remuneration:

Fixed monthly Salary + Quarterly Performance Linked Compensation (QPLC percentage depends on Employee’s and company’s performance)
